As soon as the tickets are settled. Hotels price against the same demand the tickets do, so rooms near Northwest Stadium are the first to go on an event night and what is left tends to cost more the closer the date gets. Rates on our hotel pages are live for the nights you choose, and each room is labelled free to cancel, non-refundable, or terms shown at checkout, so you can pick one that leaves the date open.

Yes. The stadium has wheelchair and companion seating. Accessible seating in some areas may be limited, so fans with a preferred seat location should arrive early, and the team suggests calling ahead. Our accessible seating guide for Northwest Stadium covers buying tickets, arrival and services.

That depends on the venue, and the hotels page for Northwest Stadium says which. Every property is listed with its distance from the venue and a plain label, walkable or a long walk or a drive, so you know before you book rather than on the night. A downtown arena usually has several within a few blocks; a stadium off a ring road often has none.

Only clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches are allowed, plus a one-gallon clear freezer bag and a small clutch about 4.5 x 6.5 inches. Backpacks, diaper bags and other bags that do not meet the clear bag size limits are prohibited. Medically necessary items are allowed after inspection at a designated gate. Checked against official sources in October 2026.

Northwest Stadium says it is a cashless venue. At concessions you can pay by scanning a QR code in the team's official app, which needs a saved credit card. One exception: the Gray Lot is a cash-only parking lot sold on event day, first come, first served, and cannot be bought in advance. Checked against official sources in October 2026.

The nearest rooms are the hotels around Northwest Stadium. StubOrder lists them by their real distance from the venue rather than by what a property paid to rank, and every card shows that distance, so you can weigh being close to the doors against a cheaper room further out.
