Ticket Policies

Orders on StubOrder are fulfilled through the TicketNetwork Exchange, a marketplace of professional ticket resellers. The policies below govern purchases made through our checkout.

Every order is backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee. Prices are set by sellers and may be above or below face value. All sales are final once an order is accepted, except as provided by the guarantee and the marketplace policies on this page. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Marketplace Purchase Policies

The purchase policies below are TicketNetwork's and apply to orders placed through our checkout. TicketNetwork's separate privacy policy is not reproduced here. How StubOrder handles your information is covered by our own Privacy Policy, and your use of this site by our Terms of Service. Where the policies below differ from ours, ours govern StubOrder's own conduct.
