About StubOrder

StubOrder is an independent ticket resale marketplace based in Buffalo, New York, and it has been selling tickets since 2006. It covers sports, concerts, theater, comedy and special events, from Buffalo and Western New York to venues across all 50 states and worldwide, and it helps you get to the event too, with hotels and hostels chosen by their distance from the venue.

Right now that is 205,082 upcoming events at 9,863 venues in 2,925 cities, counted from our live inventory rather than typed in.

A resale marketplace, not a box office

Every ticket on StubOrder is resale inventory listed by a professional seller, so prices are set by the market and can be above or below face value. StubOrder handles the search, the seat map, checkout and your order confirmation. We are not the event organizer, and we are not affiliated with any team, venue, performer or box office.

Our inventory reaches you through a national ticket exchange. We copy its catalog of events, venues and performers into our own database about once an hour, and the seat map on each event page shows live prices straight from the exchange at the moment you open it. The price on a page is an estimated starting price; the seat map carries the live price with the booking fee included, and any tax is added at checkout. Every order is guaranteed

Every order placed through StubOrder is backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee: your tickets are valid for entry, you get the seats you ordered or better, they arrive in time for the event, and you get a refund if the event is permanently canceled. If an order falls short of those promises, you get your money back.

Most of the numbers on StubOrder are calculated from our own marketplace inventory, not typed in, and we publish them. The Ticket Price Data Center tracks team markets across a full season of home and away games, refreshed hourly. Every figure there is the lowest price our catalog reports at a stated moment: an asking price, not a sale price. Each page carries its method, its fee basis and a CSV download, and anyone may cite it with attribution.

Our editorial policy covers how articles are sourced and corrected: nothing on this site is placed or ranked in exchange for payment, and when a figure is wrong we fix how it is calculated, everywhere it appears.
