After comparing a few different ticket sites, we found the cheapest prices for our concert tickets on StubOrder. I was surprised to find the tickets easily the day before the concert. Yes. StubOrder has sold tickets since 2006 from Buffalo, New York, with an office in suburban Williamsville, and has handled thousands of orders in that time. The tickets are listed by professional ticket brokers vetted through our partner TicketNetwork's broker network and its standards, and we aim to be the least expensive place to buy by keeping our markup to the bare minimum.

- Valid tickets. Every ticket is guaranteed authentic and valid for entry.
- The seats you ordered, or better. Sellers must provide the seating they advertise, or equal or superior seating.
- On-time delivery. Your tickets arrive in time for the event.
- A refund if the event is canceled. A permanently canceled event is refunded in full, booking fee included; only a delivery fee is not refunded.

If something goes wrong with an order
Tickets on StubOrder are sold by independent sellers, and now and then an order runs into trouble: mobile tickets are released later than expected, a venue changes the date, or the tickets will not scan. When that happens, tell us right away through the contact form with your order number and what happened, and our team will work with the seller on your behalf. We usually reply within hours.
If the venue says there is a problem with your tickets, contact your ticket seller at once and ask venue staff for a short letter or email confirming the tickets would not scan: that evidence is what allows the refund to be recovered from the seller.
