Northwest Stadium Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland, how to get them, and getting in. From Northwest Stadium's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
The stadium has wheelchair and companion seating. Accessible seating in some areas may be limited, so fans with a preferred seat location should arrive early, and the team suggests calling ahead. Accessibility services are first come, first served and subject to availability, and accessible seating is not guaranteed on the day of the game or event.
Getting accessible tickets
Fans who need accessible seating are encouraged to buy accessible seats in advance from the official ticket seller. Season ticket members and fans who bought directly from the team can call the team's ticket office to request relocation to accessible seating. Fans who bought single-game tickets on secondary websites cannot be relocated until game day, when they can ask for accessible seating at a Guest Services booth.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
On-site accessible parking is first come, first served for vehicles with a valid state-issued disability placard or plate. The Gray Lot on Brightseat Road also offers accessible parking, with wheelchair-lift shuttles looping to the entrance, and golf carts can take guests to the gates. MetroAccess vans stop at Gates A and E. Ramps are next to Gates A, H, E and D; elevators at Gates A and E need a wristband from any Guest Services booth. Loaner wheelchairs are first come, first served.
Parking passes for games here are sold separately: Northwest Stadium parking.

Closed captioning devices and assisted listening devices are available at all Guest Services booths on request, subject to availability. Sensory kits can be checked out at the Guest Services booths on the main concourse. Service animals (dogs or miniature horses individually trained to assist a person with a disability) are permitted.
Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Northwest Stadium decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
