Citi Field Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Citi Field in Flushing, New York, how to get them, and getting in. From Citi Field's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Citi Field has over 800 accessible seat locations, on the club level behind home plate (Sections 16, F and G), the Field Level (many sections from 102 to 143), the Excelsior Level (selected sections from 303 to 336) and the Promenade Level (many sections from 403 to 434). Each accessible seat can be bought with one to three adjacent companion seats, and the Mets will try to find more seats close by up to the ticket limit. Aisle seats with a movable armrest, just inside many sections, suit guests who do not need a wheelchair space.
Getting accessible tickets
Accessible seats can be bought in advance through all single game channels: the team's website, the venue's app or the Mets ticket office. Subject to availability, they are also sold in advance and on game day at the ticket windows on the third base side of the Jackie Robinson Rotunda. Buying accessible seating is limited to people with a mobility disability or another disability that needs its features (or buying for one). Guests who rely on captioning can ask the team's Accessibility Services for help choosing seats.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
Accessible parking spaces are in each lot for guests showing a valid disability permit along with parking for that lot. The Bullpen Gate on Seaver Way is the recommended drop-off and pick-up point for guests with limited mobility. All entrances are accessible, and guests with accessibility needs can use the Hodges, Seaver and Stengel VIP entrances. Eleven elevators and the Left Field Ramp reach every level. Staff inside the gates provide wheelchair service between gate and seat.
Other accessibility services
Free assistive listening devices and handheld radios are at the Rotunda Lost and Found (deposit required). Captions are on the center field and right field corner boards and in the venue's app. Free sensory bags, headphones and weighted lap pads are there too, and a Sensory Nook is on the Empire Suite Level across from Suite 229. Service animals must be leashed or harnessed and rest in the seating area.
