The NFL clear bag policy applies to all events: one clear bag up to 12" x 6" x 12" (clear backpacks, fanny packs and cinch bags that size are OK) or a one-gallon clear freezer bag, plus a non-clear bag up to 4.5" x 6.5". Diapers must be in a clear bag. Medical bags are searched at the gate; for Bears games, gameday lockers hold prohibited items. Checked against official sources in October 2026.

They can go either way. Of the 4,782 concerts and comedy shows we tracked into their final days (October 2 to October 12, 2026), the cheapest ticket was lower by the day of the event than three weeks before for 31%, higher for 46%, and about the same for the rest. To catch a drop, set the free price alert on this page and we will email you if it gets cheaper.

The hotels page for Soldier Field answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Saturday, May 8: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.
