Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.

If this performance is permanently canceled, your order is refunded in full under StubOrder's 100% Buyer Guarantee, including the booking fee; only a delivery fee, which few listings carry, is not refunded, and shipped hard-stock tickets may need to be returned first. If it is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are normally honored for the new date.

The hotels page for EKU Center For The Arts answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Saturday, December 19: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

The Nutcracker also plays Thursday, November 19 at Chuck Mathena Center in Princeton, West Virginia (about 177 miles away), from about $102.00; Saturday, November 28 at The Payne & Mencias Palladium At Allied Solutions Center For The Performing Arts in Carmel, Indiana (about 183 miles away), from about $30.00; and Tuesday, November 24 at J E Broyhill Civic Center in Lenoir, North Carolina (about 201 miles away), from about $63.00. That is 16 dates at other venues within 300 miles.
