As soon as the tickets are settled. Rooms near The Ark are among the first to go for Friday, April 2, and what is left tends to cost more the closer it gets. The hotels page for The Ark answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.

No hidden fees. The price on every listing already includes the booking fee, and each listing's details show the split (for example, ticket $311.00 plus fee $62.20 is $373.20). Only sales tax and, on a small number of listings, a delivery charge are added at checkout, and your full total is shown before you pay.

Yes. Every ticket sold through StubOrder is guaranteed authentic and valid for entry, so it will scan, and we take that very seriously. If the venue ever reports a problem with your tickets, the 100% Buyer Guarantee covers you.

If this concert is permanently canceled, your order is refunded in full under StubOrder's 100% Buyer Guarantee, including the booking fee; only a delivery fee, which few listings carry, is not refunded, and shipped hard-stock tickets may need to be returned first. If it is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are normally honored for the new date.
