As soon as the tickets are settled. Rooms near The Broadberry are among the first to go for Friday, January 22, and what is left tends to cost more the closer it gets. The Hotels near The Broadberry link on this page opens already set to that night. Each room is labelled free to cancel, non-refundable, or terms shown at checkout, so you can pick a rate you are able to cancel if the plan changes.

Yes. Every ticket sold through StubOrder is guaranteed authentic and valid for entry, so it will scan, and we take that very seriously. If the venue ever reports a problem with your tickets, the 100% Buyer Guarantee covers you.

If this event is permanently canceled, your order is refunded in full under StubOrder's 100% Buyer Guarantee, including the booking fee; only a delivery fee, which few listings carry, is not refunded, and shipped hard-stock tickets may need to be returned first. If it is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are normally honored for the new date.

The nearest rooms are the hotels around The Broadberry, and the link on this page opens that list already priced for Friday, January 22. They are ordered by real distance from the venue, and every card shows that distance, so you can weigh walking back afterwards against a cheaper room you would have to drive to.

Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.

They can go either way. Of the 2,158 events we tracked into their final days (October 3 to October 31, 2026), the cheapest ticket was lower by the day of the event than three weeks before for 20%, higher for 47%, and about the same for the rest.

Our last price check found no listings for Shrek Rave at The Broadberry. The interactive seat map above loads live listings, so any tickets sellers add appear there with their current prices, which are set by sellers and may be above or below face value.

The hotels page for The Broadberry answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Friday, January 22: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.
