Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.

The nearest rooms are the hotels around The Bur Oak, and the link on this page opens that list already priced for Saturday, December 12. They are ordered by real distance from the venue, and every card shows that distance, so you can weigh walking back afterwards against a cheaper room you would have to drive to.

They can go either way. Of the 4,782 concerts and comedy shows we tracked into their final days (October 2 to October 12, 2026), the cheapest ticket was lower by the day of the event than three weeks before for 31%, higher for 46%, and about the same for the rest. This concert's cheapest ticket is 18% higher than when we started tracking it 47 days ago. To catch a drop, set the free price alert on this page and we will email you if it gets cheaper.

No. StubOrder is an independent resale marketplace, based in Buffalo, New York, and selling tickets since 2006. It is not affiliated with The Bur Oak or Shauncey Ali Quartet, or any box office.

No hidden fees. The price on every listing already includes the booking fee, and each listing's details show the split (for example, ticket $311.00 plus fee $62.20 is $373.20). Only sales tax and, on a small number of listings, a delivery charge are added at checkout, and your full total is shown before you pay.

The hotels page for The Bur Oak answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Saturday, December 12: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

Each listing sets the quantities the seller allows, and the quantity menu offers only those options. Open a listing above to see its available quantities.
