Loading the seat map and live ticket prices…
Use the interactive Severance Music Center seating chart to see exactly where you would be sitting for Preservation Hall Jazz Band. Listings are posted by independent sellers who each set their own price, which is why one section can show very different figures and the odd outlier well above the rest. Set your budget with the price filter, and weigh a lower-level seat against a better-value one higher up.
Prices in the seat map are per ticket and set by professional resellers, so they can land above or below face value. The booking fee is already included in the listing price. Any applicable tax is added at checkout, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge, so check the order total before you pay. Any "from" figure elsewhere on this page is an estimated starting point drawn from the catalog feed, not an amount you can necessarily buy at. The seat map is what shows real, buyable prices.

Frequently asked questions
Where and when is Preservation Hall Jazz Band?
Preservation Hall Jazz Band takes place at Severance Music Center in Cleveland, Ohio on Wednesday, December 9, 2026 at 7:30 PM.
For Preservation Hall Jazz Band, can I walk to Severance Music Center from a hotel?
The hotels page for Severance Music Center answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Wednesday, December 9: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.
Does the Preservation Hall Jazz Band ticket price include fees?
No hidden fees. The price on every listing already includes the booking fee, and each listing's details show the split (for example, ticket $311.00 plus fee $62.20 is $373.20). Only sales tax and, on a small number of listings, a delivery charge are added at checkout, and your full total is shown before you pay.
Will my Preservation Hall Jazz Band tickets scan at the entrance?
Yes. Every ticket sold through StubOrder is guaranteed authentic and valid for entry, so it will scan, and we take that very seriously. If the venue ever reports a problem with your tickets, the 100% Buyer Guarantee covers you.
Should I wait for Preservation Hall Jazz Band ticket prices to drop?
They can go either way. Of the 13,781 concerts and comedy shows we tracked into their final days (October 2 to October 28, 2026), the cheapest ticket was lower by the day of the event than three weeks before for 31%, higher for 47%, and about the same for the rest.
When should I book a hotel for Preservation Hall Jazz Band?
As soon as the tickets are settled. Rooms near Severance Music Center are among the first to go for Wednesday, December 9, and what is left tends to cost more the closer it gets. The Hotels near Severance Music Center link on this page opens already set to that night. Each room is labelled free to cancel, non-refundable, or terms shown at checkout, so you can pick a rate you are able to cancel if the plan changes.

Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.
Is StubOrder affiliated with Severance Music Center?
No. StubOrder is an independent resale marketplace, based in Buffalo, New York, and selling tickets since 2006. It is not affiliated with Severance Music Center or Preservation Hall Jazz Band, or any box office.
Can I get a refund if Preservation Hall Jazz Band is canceled?
If this concert is permanently canceled, your order is refunded in full under StubOrder's 100% Buyer Guarantee, including the booking fee; only a delivery fee, which few listings carry, is not refunded, and shipped hard-stock tickets may need to be returned first. If it is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are normally honored for the new date.
