Not Quite Brothers Tickets (New Year's Eve) - Surf Ballroom - December 31, 2026

Yes. Every ticket sold through StubOrder is guaranteed authentic and valid for entry, so it will scan, and we take that very seriously. If the venue ever reports a problem with your tickets, the 100% Buyer Guarantee covers you.

The nearest rooms are the hotels around Surf Ballroom, and the link on this page opens that list already priced for Thursday, December 31. They are ordered by real distance from the venue, and every card shows that distance, so you can weigh walking back afterwards against a cheaper room you would have to drive to.

Each listing sets the quantities the seller allows, and the quantity menu offers only those options. Open a listing above to see its available quantities.

No hidden fees. The price on every listing already includes the booking fee, and each listing's details show the split (for example, ticket $311.00 plus fee $62.20 is $373.20). Only sales tax and, on a small number of listings, a delivery charge are added at checkout, and your full total is shown before you pay.

If this concert is permanently canceled, your order is refunded in full under StubOrder's 100% Buyer Guarantee, including the booking fee; only a delivery fee, which few listings carry, is not refunded, and shipped hard-stock tickets may need to be returned first. If it is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are normally honored for the new date.

As soon as the tickets are settled. Rooms near Surf Ballroom are among the first to go for Thursday, December 31, and what is left tends to cost more the closer it gets. The hotels page for Surf Ballroom answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Thursday, December 31: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.
