The nearest rooms are the hotels around Coterie Theatre, and the link on this page opens that list already priced for Friday, June 18. They are ordered by real distance from the venue, and every card shows that distance, so you can weigh walking back afterwards against a cheaper room you would have to drive to.

The hotels page for Coterie Theatre answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Friday, June 18: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

As soon as the tickets are settled. Rooms near Coterie Theatre are among the first to go for Friday, June 18, and what is left tends to cost more the closer it gets. If this performance is permanently canceled, your order is refunded in full under StubOrder's 100% Buyer Guarantee, including the booking fee; only a delivery fee, which few listings carry, is not refunded, and shipped hard-stock tickets may need to be returned first. If it is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are normally honored for the new date.
