The hotels page for Fitzgerald Theater answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Thursday, November 12: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

Hotels located around Fitzgerald Theater are the closest options, and you can see that list already priced for Thursday, November 12 by clicking the link on this page. These are sorted by actual distance from the venue. Since each card lists that distance, you can compare walking back later to driving to a less expensive room.
