Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.

Yes. Every ticket sold through StubOrder is guaranteed authentic and valid for entry, so it will scan, and we take that very seriously. If the venue ever reports a problem with your tickets, the 100% Buyer Guarantee covers you.

Clear bags (plastic, vinyl or PVC) up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches are allowed, plus a small clutch up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches. Clear backpacks are OK, but other backpacks and diaper bags are not, except diaper bags with medically necessary items (screened and tagged). Bag valet runs at select events, and the bag policy can vary by event. Checked against official sources in October 2026.

The nearest rooms are the hotels around SoFi Stadium, and the link on this page opens that list already priced for Saturday, December 12. They are ordered by real distance from the venue, and every card shows that distance, so you can weigh walking back afterwards against a cheaper room you would have to drive to.

If this event is permanently canceled, your order is refunded in full under StubOrder's 100% Buyer Guarantee, including the booking fee; only a delivery fee, which few listings carry, is not refunded, and shipped hard-stock tickets may need to be returned first. If it is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are normally honored for the new date.

As soon as the tickets are settled. Rooms near SoFi Stadium are among the first to go for Saturday, December 12, and what is left tends to cost more the closer it gets. The hotels page for SoFi Stadium answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Saturday, December 12: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

No. StubOrder is an independent resale marketplace, based in Buffalo, New York, and selling tickets since 2006. It is not affiliated with SoFi Stadium or LA Card Show, or any box office.
