Immerse yourself in tranquility at our serene vacation rental, nestled among majestic pine trees. Just 7 minutes from Rollins Lake boat ramp, this retreat offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. Our home features a luxurious hot tub, a cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Unwind on the private patio, explore the charming dwnt Grass Valley or soak in the eclectic vibes of Nevada City. Whether you seek a peaceful escape or an adventurous getaway, our haven awaits. This property has 3 bedrooms. 1 King mattress, 1 queen and two twin beds on a trundle bed frame for a maximum of 6 possible guest. As guests, you will have access to the entire house except the following: owners cabinets, back building/ storage and garage. There are some locked closets and cupboards for private storage. This property has a fence that splits the lot. On one side of the property lives the owners daughter in an RV. She shares the driveway to access her own private driveway. She does not share the backyard it is private. My husband and I are close by if you need anything we will always be available and respond promptly through airbnb messages. There can be fire dangers in our area. The only outdoor fires allowed are in the propane fire pit. During high fire season the fire pit is off limits. IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. AIRBNB GUEST PLEASE DISREGARD THIS SECTION YOU DO NOT HAVE TO VERIFY THROUGH KNOW YOUR GUEST. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a nonrefundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Guest have access to everything. We are only a short drive away and our available between 8 am -8pm. IMPORTANT: If you cancel your reservation 31 days before your check-in we will refund you 100% of your payment minus the Credit Card processing fee of 3.9%. We also recommend all guest purchase trip insurance as it is relatively affordable, and protects you against unforeseen situations. SMOKING FEE DISCLAIMER: We take great pride in providing a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. To ensure the well-being of everyone who stays in our property, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy. SMOKING FEE: A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found within the premises. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with professional odor removal and restoration of the property to its smoke-free condition. Our property is routinely inspected for smoke odors after every reservation. If smoking is detected during or after your stay, the smoking fee will be applied to cover the necessary cleaning and restoration processes. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for all our guests.
