This screening helps us uphold the quality and security of our property, offering peace of mind to both our guests and hosts. If, unfortunately, you do not pass the screening, we will not be able to host you. No need to worry. The screening involves- Email Verification, Phone Verification, Watchlist Check. Long term cleaning fee for guest staying 11-29 the cleaning fee will be multiply by two and staying 21-30 will be multiply by three.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
