Garbage goes in wheeled cart by garage. If checking out Sunday through Wednesday, take wheeled cart to curb 6. NO SMOKING or vaping in the house OR garage, & Fireplace is not to be used 7. More guests present than booked, even if they're not staying the night, MUST BE disclosed & approved first. If not, guests risk cancellation & removal from the property without refund 8. Violation of any rules are subject to additional fees collected after checkout 9. Any damage must be reported immediately 10. Anything left behind & asked to be shipped will be a service fee of $40 plus cost of shipping. A deposit may be required at the property.
