This deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of check-out, provided the property passes inspection. Payment methods and applicable transaction fees are as follows: credit card payments incur a 7% fee; PayPal payments incur a 4% fee; e-transfer or Wise carry 0%. You must notify us in advance of your expected arrival time. If your arrival is later than 7:00 PM or later than the time you provided, please let us know. If we do not hear from you by that time, we will assume the booking has been canceled. Our contact details are included in your booking confirmation. Please be advised that group bookings of more than five guests will not be accepted. Additionally, if you are booking two or more dormitory beds, we cannot guarantee that all guests will be assigned to the same room. Guests must bring their personal hygiene items, including towels, shampoo, and toiletries, as these are not provided. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged luggage or personal items. Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, free of charge.
