We reserve the right to refuse group bookings if we suspect they may cause disruption to other guests. We have the right to refuse to check-in such groups and will not refund any monies paid in advance in the event of non-disclosure of the group at time of booking. You will receive the SOT pay link as described to process your payment. This must be completed before check in. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. Please note that the security deposit of £250 per apartment can only be paid by card along with photo ID in the same name as the cardholder.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
