Property Announcement St James Place is currently undergoing major construction now through late November. There will be no access to front drive and main entrance of the building during this time. Access to the entire building is limited to the garage. Construction in the courtyard will be ongoing daily and may be disruptive at times. Some units overlook the courtyard area where construction is taking place. Units are not equipped with air conditioning, so it's usually necessary to have the windows open. This should complete 11/25/25. Our apologies for any inconveniences. Please not that " The property is currently undergoing construction. Please expect ongoing construction on the roof and windows through November 23, 2026. Common areas will not be impacted. Noise may be disruptive during construction hours, Monday through Saturday.” **NOTICE: Bedding may vary in your condo – please reach out to the property directly prior to arrival if you have any questions or special requests regarding the bedding in your unit.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
