They can go either way. Of the 4,550 concerts and comedy shows we tracked into their final days (October 2 to October 11, 2026), the cheapest ticket was lower by the day of the event than three weeks before for 31%, higher for 45%, and about the same for the rest. To catch a drop, set the free price alert on this page and we will email you if it gets cheaper.

The hotels page for TCU Place answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Thursday, February 25: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

The nearest rooms are the hotels around TCU Place, and the link on this page opens that list already priced for Thursday, February 25. They are ordered by real distance from the venue, and every card shows that distance, so you can weigh walking back afterwards against a cheaper room you would have to drive to.

No other venue within 300 miles has a date. The nearest is Friday, March 5, 2027 at Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium in Edmonton, Alberta (about 302 miles away), from about $63.00.

Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.
