As soon as the tickets are settled. Rooms near Patricia Reser Center for the Arts are among the first to go for Saturday, November 21, and what is left tends to cost more the closer it gets. The Hotels near Patricia Reser Center for the Arts link on this page opens already set to that night. Each room is labelled free to cancel, non-refundable, or terms shown at checkout, so you can pick a rate you are able to cancel if the plan changes.

The hotels page for Patricia Reser Center for the Arts answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Saturday, November 21: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

They are ordered by real distance from the venue, and every card shows that distance, so you can weigh walking back afterwards against a cheaper room you would have to drive to.

Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.

No other venue within 300 miles has a date. The nearest is Thursday, May 6, 2027 at Irvine Barclay Theatre in Irvine, California (about 859 miles away).

They can go either way. Of the 15,620 concerts and comedy shows we tracked into their final days (October 2 to October 31, 2026), the cheapest ticket was lower by the day of the event than three weeks before for 31%, higher for 46%, and about the same for the rest. To catch a drop, set the free price alert on this page and we will email you if it gets cheaper.
