The nearest rooms are the hotels around San Jose Civic, and the link on this page opens that list already priced for Tuesday, December 22. They are ordered by real distance from the venue, and every card shows that distance, so you can weigh walking back afterwards against a cheaper room you would have to drive to.

The hotels page for San Jose Civic answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Tuesday, December 22: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

Each listing sets the quantities the seller allows, and the quantity menu offers only those options. Open a listing above to see its available quantities.

They can go either way. Of the 12,160 concerts and comedy shows we tracked into their final days (October 2 to October 24, 2026), the cheapest ticket was lower by the day of the event than three weeks before for 30%, higher for 47%, and about the same for the rest. This concert's cheapest ticket is 39% higher than when we started tracking it 58 days ago. To catch a drop, set the free price alert on this page and we will email you if it gets cheaper.

Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.

Our latest check counted 2,820 tickets listed for this concert. That is more than most Dave Koz concerts, which typically have about 386. The seat map above shows every listing available right now, by section.
