The hotels page for UPH Great Hall at Proctors answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Wednesday, February 10: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

They can go either way. Of the 2,527 theater performances we tracked into their final days (October 3 to October 14, 2026), the cheapest ticket was lower by the day of the event than three weeks before for 13%, higher for 64%, and about the same for the rest.
