The nearest rooms are the hotels around The New Vic, and the link on this page opens that list already priced for Friday, November 13. The hotels page for The New Vic answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Friday, November 13: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.
