Getting accessible tickets

Accessible seating can be bought at the Wrigley Field Ticket Office on Clark Street (all ticket windows are accessible), from the team's ticket office by phone or email, or through the team's official ticket site. If you have tickets to a game or event that are not in an accessible location and you need accessible seating, contact the Wrigley Field Ticket Office as soon as possible.

Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.

Arriving and getting in

Parking for vehicles with a disability plate or placard is sold game by game, subject to availability, at the team's lot at 1126 W. Grace St., 2.5 blocks north; reserving ahead online is encouraged. Accessible golf carts (first come, no reservations) run from that lot to the Left Field Gate, starting three hours before first pitch. All gates have accessible lanes. Elevators by the Marquee, Left Field and Right Field gates and in the bleachers serve the upper levels. Free gate-to-seat wheelchair service is first come, first served.

Other accessibility services

Free assistive listening devices are at both Fan Services booths (behind home plate and in the bleachers; ID required). Captions appear on the ribbon boards along the baselines and can be read on your phone's browser. Sensory bags, noise-canceling headphones and a sensory room behind home plate are available. Interpreters are present for all concerts. Service animals are welcome; pets and emotional support animals are not.

Finding accessible seats on StubOrder

Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Wrigley Field decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
