US Bank Stadium Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota, how to get them, and getting in. From US Bank Stadium's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Wheelchair and companion seating, which is also for guests with limited mobility, is on all levels of the stadium and has enhanced sightlines. Every accessible seating platform has an electrical outlet. The official pages do not say how many companion seats come with each wheelchair space. The Vikings also offer ADA ambulatory seating: a season ticket member with a temporary need can ask the team's ticket office to move them into it for a home game. Accessible seating in club areas is limited.
Getting accessible tickets
For stadium events, the official ticket seller sells accessible seats: open the event page and filter for accessible tickets, subject to availability. At Vikings games, a single-game buyer who needs ADA seating can ask the team's ticket office to exchange tickets, based only on availability. Game-day ADA exchanges are first come, first served. The Vikings say tickets from unauthorized outlets will not be honored, and accessible seats in club areas cannot be guaranteed as a day-of-game or single-game relocation.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
An accessible drop-off and pick-up zone is on 10th Avenue South between 6th and 7th Streets, across from the 3M Gate. Accessible parking is in all the lots and ramps around the stadium, and all gates are accessible. Free wheelchair escorts in stadium wheelchairs run between any gate and your seat, first come, first served; the chair does not stay with you. Elevators are behind Sections 103, 114, 124 and 136, and a ramp at the east end reaches every level.
Parking passes for games here are sold separately: US Bank Stadium parking.
Other accessibility services
Assistive listening devices are free at Guest Services (Main Concourse near the Purple and Gold lobbies, and Section 307), held against a government ID. Closed captioning appears beside the video boards. Sensory kits are available at Guest Services, and at Vikings games a staffed Sensory Room is open behind Section 346. Service animals and service animals in training are welcome.
