United Center Accessible Seating

Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at United Center in Chicago, Illinois, how to get them, and getting in. From United Center's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.

Where the accessible seats are

Wheelchair-accessible seating, with a companion seat, is available on all levels of the United Center, subject to availability, and the arena's accessibility guide includes an accessible seating chart. Guests who arrive with a mobility device but do not have accessible seating must store the device at the nearest Guest Relations booth, and staff can bring it back when it is needed. The official guide does not mention aisle-transfer or ambulatory seating.

Getting accessible tickets

Accessible single and group tickets are sold directly by the United Center, through its ADA ticket line or in person at the box office. Wheelchair-accessible ticket windows are at the main box office at Gate 4 and at Section 325. The arena asks buyers to give as much detail as possible about their needs. The official guide does not describe a relocation or exchange for tickets bought from other sellers.

Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.

Finding accessible seats on StubOrder

Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. United Center decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
