Getting accessible tickets

Accessible seats are sold through the Braves ticket office, where Accessible Seating Specialists handle individual game tickets and A-List memberships; tell the specialist about any accommodations you need. All accessible tickets are first come, first served. They can also be bought at the ballpark ticket windows next to the Right Field Gate before entering. Accessible seating for groups of 20 or more needs prior arrangements. Guests who buy through the Accessible Seating Department receive a Welcome Kit.

Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.

Arriving and getting in

Accessible parking is in Lot N29 and the Red Deck with a valid government ADA hangtag or plate, first come, first served; when buying parking online, choose N29 or the Red Deck (there is no ADA option). A shuttle runs from N29 to Battery Avenue outside the Third Base Gate from 2.5 hours before first pitch, and golf carts (folding wheelchairs and walkers only) serve other team decks. Windy Ridge Road is a drop-off area. There are seven elevators. Free wheelchair escorts are available from the gates.

Other accessibility services

Assistive listening devices are at the Guest Services booths (Sections 120 and 314) in exchange for an ID. Caption boards are under Sections 347 and 312. Noise cancelling headphones are at Guest Services 120, and a staffed sensory lounge is behind Section 218. Trained service animals (dogs, or in some cases miniature horses) are welcome when leashed, and staff can help with exit and re-entry for relief.

Finding accessible seats on StubOrder

Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Truist Park decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
