TD Garden Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, how to get them, and getting in. From TD Garden's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Wheelchair spaces and companion seats are dispersed both vertically and horizontally across every level, in numerous price ranges, and exact locations vary by event. The Bruins say the arena's recent renovation added new accessible seating areas throughout the bowl with improved sightlines. Wheelchair and companion seating is only for guests with disabilities and their companions. The official pages do not state a companion-seat limit or mention aisle-transfer seating.
Getting accessible tickets
Accessible seats go on sale when an event goes on sale. Buy them through the official ticket seller's event page (select the accessible seating icon) or at the TD Garden Box Office on Level 1 in North Station, and say that accessible seating is needed. The Bruins also sell ADA game plans for the 2026-27 season. The arena may investigate, relocate or eject guests who misuse accessible seating; no day-of exchange policy is published.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
The accessible entrance is the main entrance at The Hub on Causeway, with elevators beside the escalators there. Elevator 1, on the ground level inside North Station across from the pro shop, is open to all guests once doors open, and staffed elevators reach every level. There is no designated drop-off point in front of the arena. Wheelchair or walking escorts can be requested online 72 hours ahead, or on arrival at Elevator 1.
Other accessibility services
Free assistive listening devices are at Guest Services on Level 4 (Loge 4) and Level 7 (Balcony). Live captions appear above Loge 5 and Loge 16 and in the arena app at all Bruins and Celtics games. Interpreters need 14 days' notice. Sensory bags are available at Guest Services too, and sensory rooms are on Levels 4, 5, 7 and 9. Service dogs are permitted; support animals are not.
Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. TD Garden decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
