Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, how to get them, and getting in. From T-Mobile Arena's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Accessible seating, including wheelchair and companion seating, is available throughout T-Mobile Arena on all levels, at comparable prices and with similar sightlines. Arena staff cannot physically lift guests or help them transfer between a wheelchair and an arena seat, and wheelchair escorts cannot store mobility devices.
Getting accessible tickets
Buy accessible seats through the arena box office, the arena website or the official ticket seller, and say you need accessible seating when you buy. If you hold non-accessible seats and need accessible seating, contact the arena as early as possible before the event to make arrangements. The box office does not manage tickets bought through a third-party vendor, and the arena will not validate tickets not bought through an authorized outlet.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
ADA drop-off and pick-up is at the East Suite Entrance, reached from Tropicana Avenue through the New York-New York parking garage. Accessible parking spaces are first come, first served in all arena-affiliated lots. Elevators on the event level on the east and west sides reach every level; wheelchairs and scooters are not allowed on the escalators. Wheelchair escorts may be available at arena entry, subject to availability. The arena does not rent wheelchairs.

Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. T-Mobile Arena decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
