Sphere Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada, how to get them, and getting in. From Sphere's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Sphere's official pages do not say where the wheelchair locations are or how many companion seats come with each one. Seats with movable armrests and chairs without armrests are available if you contact Accessibility Services at least 48 hours ahead, and non-haptic seats are offered. Wheelchairs, walkers and other mobility devices can be stored at Guest Services on Levels 2 and 6, and staff will help guests from there to their seats.
Getting accessible tickets
Accessible seating can be secured through the official ticket seller or by contacting Sphere's Accessibility Services Department. If you have already bought tickets and someone in your party needs an accommodation, contact Accessibility Services to discuss relocation options.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
The accessible entrances are the East and West Entries, reached via Sands Avenue, plus the Venetian pedestrian bridge when you come from The Venetian Resort. Accessible parking spots onsite and in nearby lots are first come, first served. A free wheelchair transport to your seat can be arranged on arrival, but you cannot stay in the transport chair during the show. Escalators and elevators are located throughout the venue, and every elevator has an operator.
Other accessibility services
Assistive listening devices are free at Guest Services (Levels 2 and 6) against collateral such as an ID. Captioning is offered for one resident show through these devices; for other events, captioning or sign language interpretation may be requested at least two weeks ahead. Sensory bags are lent against an ID, and sensory rooms on Levels 2 and 6 open during public events, subject to availability. Service animals are permitted.
Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Sphere decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
