Reliant Stadium Accessible Seating

Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas, how to get them, and getting in. From Reliant Stadium's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.

Where the accessible seats are

Wheelchair and companion seating is at the top of the sections on the lower, mezzanine, club, upper, Directors Club and Chairman's Club levels, and in the last row of the suite level. Each accessible ticket allows up to one companion ticket.

Getting accessible tickets

Guests should contact the team's ticket office in advance for accessible seating availability. Single-game tickets in the accessible seating areas are sold first come, first served, on the same basis as all other single-game tickets. On game day, guests who need to move to accessible seating can visit the Guest Experience booth on the level of their tickets, where tickets are swapped first come, first served and based on availability, with up to one companion ticket per accessible ticket.

Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.

Arriving and getting in

Accessible parking is in all Reliant Park lots for vehicles with a valid state-issued disability placard or license plate and a prepaid parking pass. Accessible drop-off and pick-up is just outside Gate 9 (Kirby at Westridge) and Gate 10 (Kirby at McNee). All main gates are accessible with wheeled equipment, and each gate has two elevators serving all levels. Staff provide mobility assistance from the ticket gates to seats (not to the parking lots), and a limited number of wheelchairs are available on game day.

Parking passes for games here are sold separately: Reliant Stadium parking.

Other accessibility services

Free assisted listening devices are at all Guest Experience booths, and closed captioning is shown in the lower northwest and southwest corners of the seating bowl. Sensory bags with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards and weighted lap pads are at Guest Experience booths. Sign language interpreters should be requested at least 30 business days ahead. Service dogs are permitted; emotional support animals are not.

Finding accessible seats on StubOrder

Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Reliant Stadium decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
