Red Rocks Amphitheatre Accessible Seating

Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado, how to get them, and getting in. From Red Rocks Amphitheatre's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.

Where the accessible seats are

Wheelchair seating is in Row 1, at the bottom of the amphitheatre, and Row 70, at the top. Each wheelchair seat can be bought with up to three adjacent companion seats, four tickets in all, subject to availability. Guests may stay in their wheelchair or transfer to a venue-provided folding chair. Row 1 is for guests who cannot climb even two stairs. Rows 2 and 3, seats 6 to 13, are limited-mobility seats for guests who do not need a wheelchair; seats 14 to 21 in those rows are for guests who are blind, have low vision, or are deaf or hard of hearing.

Getting accessible tickets

Accessible seats must be chosen at purchase, using the Accessible Seating offer on the official ticket seller (the buyer attests that someone in the party needs the seat's features) or at the Red Rocks box office on event days. Row 1 accessible tickets are non-transferable mobile tickets for the original buyer. If you already hold other tickets, contact your point of purchase about an exchange; the venue cannot guarantee a Row 1 or Row 70 space without a ticket for that row.

Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.

Arriving and getting in

Accessible event parking is in the Top Circle Lot (about 500 feet from Row 70) and the Upper South Lot, first come, first served; a valid disability placard or plate is required and its holder must be in the vehicle. From doors open, an accessible shuttle loops from the Upper South Lot to a drop-off about 275 feet from Row 1, with priority for Row 1 and mobility device users. A Row 1 party must arrive together at the Southeast entrance. Wheelchairs are not available to rent.

Other accessibility services

Assistive listening devices and ASL interpreters must be requested from the venue's accessibility team at least 7 days before the event. Two video screens beside the stage show magnified live video and important messages, though some artists choose not to use them. Service animals are permitted; emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs are not.

Finding accessible seats on StubOrder

Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Red Rocks Amphitheatre decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
