Where the accessible seats are
Accessible seating options are available throughout PNC Park, and the Luxury Suites and Party Suites also have accessible seating with space for wheelchairs and scooters. The Pirates' official guides do not list specific sections or say how many companion seats come with each wheelchair space, so ask the Pirates ticket office when buying.
Getting accessible tickets
Contact the Pirates ticket office for accessible seats; all of the ticket windows at PNC Park are accessible. If you need to exchange into an accessible seating location, visit any ticket window or the Advanced Ticket Window at the bottom of the Home Plate Rotunda.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
Accessible parking spots are in all the parking garages around PNC Park, first come, first served. A drop-off zone is along Mazeroski Way. Guests who need an elevator, including wheelchair users, can enter with a valid ticket for any location at the Right Field Elevator (Section 101), the Mazeroski Way and West General Robinson suite entrances, or the Left Field Lounge Entrance. Wheelchairs are not allowed on escalators. A limited number of wheelchairs can take guests to their seats; ask any Game Day Team Member at the entrance.
Other accessibility services
Assisted listening devices are free at the Main Guest Relations Office against an ID or card deposit. The scoreboard is open captioned, with captions also in the venue's app. Sensory bags are at the same office; a sensory room is in Suite 62. Service animals must be leashed or harnessed and rest in the seating area, with a relief area outside the Right Field Gate.
Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. PNC Park decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
