Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
Every lot has accessible parking spaces for season ticket holders with a pass for that lot. Before the game, guests can be dropped off on Central Avenue between West Pete Rose Way and Mehring Way (for the West Gate), or dropped off and picked up at Race Street and Freedom Way (for the East Gate). Central Avenue stays closed until 30 minutes after the event. All seven entry gates are accessible, and elevators on the east and west sides are reserved for guests with mobility needs and one companion.
Parking passes for games here are sold separately: Paycor Stadium parking.

Service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted. Emotional support and comfort animals are not permitted.
Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map.
