Oracle Park Accessible Seating

Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Oracle Park in San Francisco, California, how to get them, and getting in. From Oracle Park's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.

Where the accessible seats are

Accessible seating for guests with disabilities is available on every seating level of Oracle Park, and the ballpark seating chart on the Giants' site marks where it is. Aisle seats with movable armrests are also offered in a variety of locations around the ballpark.

Getting accessible tickets

For Giants games, buy accessible seats on the team's official ticket page with the Accessibility filter turned on; questions and special requests go to the Giants by phone. For concerts and other events sold by the official ticket seller, the Giants do not sell or service tickets, but same-day ADA relocations and assistance are offered at Ticket Services behind home plate on the Promenade Level near Section 119. Box office windows 1 to 3 on King Street are accessible.

Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.

Arriving and getting in

Everyone, including ADA placard holders, needs a parking reservation for Giants-controlled lots; placard holders get priority spaces, first come, first served. A free Accessibility Shuttle runs between Lot A/Pier 48 and the O'Doul Gate, and a drop-off zone is on Third Street by the O'Doul Gate. Willie Mays and Second & King gates have elevators and ramps to all levels. A limited number of ushers and wheelchairs take guests between the gates and their seats at no charge; the Giants do not lend wheelchairs.

Other accessibility services

Assistive listening devices are free (ID or card deposit) at Guest Services behind home plate near Section 119. Public address content is captioned on a board below the left-center field video display and in the ballpark app. Sensory bags are loaned at Guest Services, and a Sensory Pod, new in 2026, is in Lower Center Field. Service animals are welcome; ASL interpretation at non-baseball events needs one week's notice.

Finding accessible seats on StubOrder

Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Oracle Park decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
