Northwell at Jones Beach Theater Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Northwell at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, New York, how to get them, and getting in. From Northwell at Jones Beach Theater's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
The theater has an Accessible Seating Area for reserved shows, and the exact seat location is shown when an accessible ticket is selected. Accessible seating covers the fan with the accessible need and one companion. At general admission events, an accessible viewing area is always available for authorized GA accessible ticket holders. An elevator near Tunnel D serves the 200 and 300 sections, and one inside the VIP club serves the 100 sections.
Getting accessible tickets
Accessible tickets are sold only online through the official ticket seller (use the Filters option on the ticket page); the box office does not take phone orders, and accessible tickets are only for fans with disabilities and their companions. If accessible seating is sold out online, staff will help as best they can at the venue. Fans who become injured or ill should exchange all tickets for accessible seats online; very few seats are held for show day, with no guarantee.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
Accessible parking is in main parking field 5 with a valid state-issued placard; spaces cannot be reserved, may fill early, and oversized vehicles cannot use them. Fans without a placard can use the accessible drop-off and pick-up point in Lot 5 or 5A (ask the roadway crew). The main and VIP entrances are accessible. Free wheelchair escorts are available at all main entry points, first come, first served, and limited mobility device storage is offered.
Other accessibility services
Assistive listening works through fans' own phones and headphones, or with a receiver from the Guest Services booth near Tunnel A (photo ID required). Interpreters and real-time captioning need two weeks' notice. A Sensory Room is in the main plaza near the Ticket Concierge, and sensory bags are at Guest Services. Service animals are allowed; dogs whose only role is comfort or emotional support do not qualify.
