New Highmark Stadium Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at New Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York, how to get them, and getting in. From New Highmark Stadium's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Wheelchair seating platforms are located throughout the Main Concourse and the Upper Concourse, and in each of the stadium's premium spaces. The official guide does not say how many companion seats come with each wheelchair space, so confirm this with the team's ticket office when buying. There is no storage for wheelchairs or other mobility devices anywhere inside the stadium.
Getting accessible tickets
Accessible platform seats are arranged through the Bills box office (the team's official ticket office) before arriving at the stadium, and availability is first come, first served. Guests who need accessible seating but hold tickets elsewhere can go to the Guest Experience Booth closest to their ticketed seat, where staff may be able to move them to an ADA platform on the Main or Upper Concourse, based on availability.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
Accessible parking is in the Blue ADA and White ADA lots (first come, first served, valid placard required); pass holders can also use accessible spaces in the Bronze, Gold and Platinum lots. Golf carts carry guests from team-controlled lots to the gates before the game and back from Gate B (west lots) or Gate E (east lots) afterward. Wheelchair escorts run only between the gates and seats. Cart and wheelchair request forms on the team's website open on game day only.
Parking passes for games here are sold separately: New Highmark Stadium parking.
Other accessibility services
Seven sensory rooms are spread around the stadium, and sensory kits (noise-cancelling headphones, fidget toys) can be borrowed at Guest Experience Booths. Assistive listening devices are lent at any Guest Experience Booth on the Main or Upper Concourse. Closed captioning appears on designated video boards, in the team's app, and on a personal device via a QR code. Service dogs and miniature horses are allowed.
Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. New Highmark Stadium decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
