MetLife Stadium Accessible Seating

Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, how to get them, and getting in. From MetLife Stadium's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.

Where the accessible seats are

Wheelchair, low-mobility and companion seating is on all levels of the stadium, and the key on the stadium map shows the exact wheelchair locations. Anyone presenting a ticket for one of these sections is seated there without being asked further questions. The official page does not say how many companion seats come with each wheelchair space, and it does not describe aisle-transfer or ambulatory seating.

Getting accessible tickets

The official ticket seller sells accessible seats, subject to availability. If you hold standard seats and know ahead of time that you will need accessible seating, contact the stadium's Guest Services hotline before the event. On the day, ask at the nearest Guest Services booth or Concierge Desk whether accessible seating is available. All event-day re-seating is first come, first served from the inventory provided.

Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.

Arriving and getting in

For Jets games, cars with a valid disability plate or hang tag and a prepaid parking permit are directed to ADA spaces in Lots E, F and G; the person issued the plate or tag must be in the vehicle and carry ID. Elevators for guests with disabilities are at the HCLTech, Verizon and Moody's entrances, and public ramps are at the north and south end zones. For a wheelchair ride from the gate to your seat, ask for an Accessibility Assistant.

Parking passes for games here are sold separately: MetLife Stadium parking.

Other accessibility services

Assistive listening works on your own phone, and hearing loops are at ticket windows, Guest Services booths and some permanent concession stands. Game information is captioned on the ribbon boards below the main video screens. Two sensory pods are in elevator lobbies, and sensory bags can be checked out at Guest Services. Only service animals and service animals in training are admitted.

Finding accessible seats on StubOrder

Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. MetLife Stadium decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
