M&T Bank Stadium Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland, how to get them, and getting in. From M&T Bank Stadium's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Accessible (ADA) seating is available throughout the stadium on all levels. Guests with accessible seats outside the suite level reach the elevators from inside the concourse, not from the stadium exterior. A guest bringing a service dog should plan for it to fit within the purchased seat space, as it may not occupy extra seats or aisles.
Getting accessible tickets
Contact the Ravens ticket office as early as possible; single-game accessible seats can also be bought through the team's official ticket seller. Accessible seating may be available for single-game purchase, single-game exchange and PSL owner exchanges. It is not guaranteed on the day of the event, and Ravens games are typically sold out of all seats, including accessible ones. For concerts and other non-Ravens events, most accessible seats are sold by the ticket office over the phone, and non-accessible tickets bought online may not be exchangeable in advance.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
More than 100 accessible parking spaces are in Lots B, C and R, sold first come, first served and not in advance, to vehicles with disability plates or hangtags carrying the permit holder and a game ticket. Captions show on the ribbon boards around the seating bowl and in the team's app, and courtesy handsets are lent on game day. Sensory kits are available at guest services. Only service dogs are allowed; emotional support animals are not.
