Lumen Field Accessible Seating

Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington, how to get them, and getting in. From Lumen Field's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.

Where the accessible seats are

Accessible seats and wheelchair-convertible seats are spread across all areas and price levels of the stadium, and the team's accessibility page links a seating chart of accessible locations. For Seahawks games, a government-funded personal care attendant needed by a guest with a severe disability may get complimentary admission, with a seat or other spot near the guest, subject to availability. This must be requested through the team's box office when the guest's ticket is bought, and both tickets are picked up in person at the stadium box office at the northwest corner.

Getting accessible tickets

Accessible seats for individual Seahawks games go on sale when the schedule is released in May, through the team's official ticket site (turn on the accessibility icon on the seat map). They sell out for most games, so buying early is advised. If none are available online, contact the Seahawks ticket office before game day; on game day, go to a Guest Services location.

Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.

Arriving and getting in

Limited accessible parking is at the Union Station Garage, first come, first served. The accessible drop-off zone is off S Charles St, reached from 1st Ave S, just outside the stadium Pro Shop; parking there is not allowed. Elevators in three corners reach all levels, and four ramps at the corners reach the upper levels. Ask event staff at the gate for a wheelchair escort, offered from gate to seat and from seat to exit only.

Parking passes for games here are sold separately: Lumen Field parking.

Other accessibility services

Assisted listening devices (game radio or stadium PA audio) are lent first come, first served at Guest Services in Olympic Hall, next to Gate 5; bring wired headphones. Captions run on reader boards between the 200 and 300 levels and in the team's app. Ben's Sensory Room is at Guest Services in Olympic Hall. Trained service dogs are allowed; emotional support animals are not.

Finding accessible seats on StubOrder

Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Lumen Field decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
