Levi's Stadium Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, how to get them, and getting in. From Levi's Stadium's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Accessible seating is offered throughout the stadium and includes wheelchair spaces, companion seating, semi-ambulatory seating and designated aisle seats. The official pages do not publish a section list or a companion-seat count; the stadium box office answers questions about locations, including seating for guests with a service dog.
Getting accessible tickets
Buy accessible seats through the official ticket seller or the stadium box office. For 49ers games there are no same-day accessible exchanges: when inventory allows, exchanges happen electronically in the week before. Season ticket members can request from noon on the Monday before; other ticket holders email a request from noon Pacific on the Tuesday before and join a virtual queue, with an answer by 5 PM on the last business day before the game. Other events still offer same-day exchanges, subject to availability.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
Accessible parking is in Red Lot 1, entered only through the Red Lot 1 entrance, first come, first served, with a parking pass and a valid DMV placard or plate; overflow goes to a lot with a courtesy shuttle. At NFL games, mobility carts link Red Lot 1 with Gate A, and the accessible drop-off at Red Lot 7 has courtesy transport to Gate C. Wheelchair assistance is available at every entry gate, but wheelchairs are not lent. Public elevators are at Gates A, C and F.
Parking passes for games here are sold separately: Levi's Stadium parking.
Other accessibility services
Closed captioning is available on phones or stadium-issued devices, and ASL interpreters for concerts need at least a month's notice. The sensory room is in the South Atrium. Service animals (dogs or miniature horses, not emotional support animals) must stay leashed; relief areas are near Gates A, B and C.
Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Levi's Stadium decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
