KeyBank Center Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York, how to get them, and getting in. From KeyBank Center's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Accessible seats are available on all levels of KeyBank Center, and companion seats are available with each reserved accessible seat. A guest who needs accessible seating may have up to three companion seats. Seats for guests with limited mobility were chosen for easy entry and exit and for access to restrooms and concession stands. The Account Services Office can arrange seating for a group that needs accommodations.
Getting accessible tickets
Accessible and companion seats are arranged through the arena's Account Services Office (the Sabres' ticket office), which also takes requests for sign language interpreters at least two weeks before an event. The official pages do not describe a relocation or exchange process for tickets in other locations or bought from other sellers. Guest Services desks are on the 100 Level (between Aisles 7 and 8), the 200 Level (next to the bridge) and the 300 Level (between Aisles 13 and 14).
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
Parking for guests with disabilities is in the surrounding garages and lots; in the KeyBank Center and LECOM Harborcenter ramps, accessible spaces are on every level next to the elevators. All arena entrances are accessible, and the main entrances have power doors. Elevators for guests with mobility needs are in the Pavilion behind the escalators nearest Main Street; the elevator by the Security Office stops at every level except the 300 Level.
Other accessibility services
Assistive listening devices are lent at Guest Services for most events, and sensory kits for all events (a credit card or photo ID is held as a deposit). Live captioning for Sabres and Bandits games appears on the end zone message boards and in the team's app. Service animals are welcome; emotional support animals are not.
Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. KeyBank Center decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
