Huntington Bank Field Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland, Ohio, how to get them, and getting in. From Huntington Bank Field's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Wheelchair seating is on ADA platforms. Because of high demand, Guest Services may exchange a guest's ticket and one companion ticket for platform seating. ADA relocation seats are for guests with ambulatory or mobility challenges; fear of heights or fan behavior does not qualify. Manual and power wheelchairs and three- or four-wheeled mobility scooters are allowed inside the stadium. The official page does not list accessible sections.
Getting accessible tickets
Contact the team's ticket office ahead of time to ask about accessible seating availability. On game or event day, ADA relocations are offered at every Guest Services location on a limited, first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed. A relocation stays on the same level as the purchased ticket.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
The ADA drop-off and pick-up area is outside the University Hospitals Gate, in the Science Center roundabout at the southeast corner. During road closures it can be reached only by North Marginal Road from East 55th Street, and post-event pick-up waits until roads reopen. A limited number of first-come ADA spaces are in the Tan Lot (North Coast Harbor Lot). Request mobility assistance at any gate or Guest Services location; the few wheelchairs on hand are for transport only. Elevators for guests with disabilities serve every level.
Other accessibility services
During Browns games, captions run on the corner ribbon boards and on phones through a web browser. ASL interpreters for concerts need at least 30 days' notice. Sensory rooms are at sections 118, 349 and 514, and free comfort kits are at Guest Services (a driver's license or credit card is held as a deposit). Only service animals are allowed; guests with them enter through the south club entrances.
