Getting accessible tickets
Contact the ticket office in advance about accessible or ambulatory seating, or visit the nearest Guest Experience Headquarters on the day. Under the Dolphins' 2026-27 ticket terms, accessible seats are intended for fans with disabilities and their companions, and ticket holders who do not need accessible seating may be moved to a non-accessible location without a refund.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
For Dolphins and University of Miami games, inner-lot accessible parking needs a pre-purchased "ADA Reserved" pass, and the inner lot has no mobility shuttles or golf carts. First-come accessible spaces are in the outer Yellow (Lots 14, 15/16 and 18) and Gray (Lot 40) lots, where shuttles pick up near the accessible parking and stop at set gates. Wheelchair escorts run between gates and seats until about 30 minutes after the event. Elevators on all four sides are only for guests with disabilities and suite holders with strollers.
Parking passes for games here are sold separately: Hard Rock Stadium parking.
Other accessibility services
Free hearing amplification devices are at the Guest Experience Headquarters (sections 115, 143, 215, 243, 315 and 343), with a photo ID or driver's license held as a deposit. Closed captioning is available on phones through a captioning web link. A sensory room is at section 153, and noise-canceling headsets are at the headquarters. Only service animals and service animals in training are allowed.
Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Hard Rock Stadium decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
