Gillette Stadium Accessible Seating

Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, how to get them, and getting in. From Gillette Stadium's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.

Where the accessible seats are

Wheelchair and companion seating with enhanced sight lines is on every level of the stadium and at all price points. One companion seat sits directly beside each wheelchair space, and up to two more may also be beside it, subject to availability; otherwise extra companion seats are placed nearby. The stadium publishes separate accessible seating maps for Patriots games, Revolution matches and concerts.

Getting accessible tickets

Buy accessible seating from the official ticket seller using its accessibility filter, or ask the stadium ticket office. Very few accessible seats are available on event day, so buy them when ordering. Guests holding other tickets who need wheelchair and companion seats must exchange through the stadium ticket office, ideally in advance; on event day, visit the Ticket Office before entering or the Advanced Ticket windows at midfield on the Main Concourse. Exchanges are first come, first served, up to one accessible and one companion ticket.

Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.

Arriving and getting in

ADA spaces need a valid state placard or plate. At Patriots games they are in Lot 4A from the north and Lot 22 from the south (overflow in Lots 3A and 20B), and placard holders in Lot 55 get a shuttle for themselves and one guest to the nearest gate but must wait 75 minutes after the game to exit. Ramps are at three gates. Express elevators by the E1 and W1 entrances serve the Main and Upper Concourses at Patriots games. The stadium does not lend wheelchairs.

Parking passes for games here are sold separately: Gillette Stadium parking.

Other accessibility services

An assistive listening system is offered at all ticketed events except concerts and special events (ask at Guest Services; an ID deposit is required). Captioning is in the stadium's app. A sensory room is in the W3 lobby on the west main concourse, and sensory bags are at guest services booths. Service animals are welcome; contact the stadium early about seating.

Finding accessible seats on StubOrder

Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Gillette Stadium decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
