Getting accessible tickets
Accessible seating can be bought from the team's ticket office by phone (a TTY line is available), on the team's official website, or in person at the Red Sox Ticket Office at 4 Jersey Street, ideally at least 72 hours before the game. The Accessible Services team can also help with purchases. If your accessible or companion seats do not suit your situation, ask for a relocation at any Fan Information Booth (Gates B, D and E).
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
A few accessible street spaces are near 73 Brookline Ave., 55 Jersey St., 189 Ipswich St. and 203 Ipswich St., and nearby private lots have paid accessible spaces. The best drop-off points are Gate B (Van Ness and Ipswich) and Gate D (Van Ness and Jersey). All five gates are accessible. Elevators are at Gates B, D and E, and a wide ramp at Gate D serves all levels. Staff provide wheelchair escorts to and from seats; bring your own chair to use during the game.

Closed captioning for home games is in the team's ballpark app, and on the outfield ribbon boards during pregame. Sensory kits, noise-reducing headphones, a sensory room at Gate E and a quieter room in right field are available. Fans with service animals enter at Gate D.
Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Fenway Park decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
